This Privacy Policy explains how Reggflex, LLC (“Reggflex,” “we,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our transportation network company services. By using our mobile application or website (collectively, the “Services”), you consent to the practices described in this Policy. This Policy applies to riders, drivers, and visitors.

1. Information We Collect. We collect information you provide to us when you create an account, use our Services, or communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, profile photo, payment information (processed through third‑party payment processors), driver’s license and insurance information (for drivers), vehicle information, ride history, geolocation data (including precise location when the app is running), device identifiers, IP addresses, and other information you choose to provide. We also collect transaction details, such as ride distance, duration, and fare, and communications between riders and drivers.

2. How We Use Information. We use personal information to operate, maintain, and improve our Services; connect riders and drivers; process payments; facilitate background checks; provide customer support; ensure safety and security; comply with legal obligations; send receipts and updates; prevent fraud and misuse; conduct research and analytics; and communicate with you about promotions, surveys, news, and policy changes. We use geolocation information to match riders with nearby drivers and to provide navigation and tracking.

3. Data Retention. We retain personal information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with Florida law. We generally retain ride records and related location data for at least one (1) year to satisfy regulatory recordkeeping requirements. We may retain aggregated or anonymized data indefinitely.

4. Disclosure of Information. We may share personal information with:

• Service Providers: We may share personal information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processors (e.g., Stripe), background check providers, cloud hosting services, analytics providers, customer support tools, and third-party software development companies or individual developers engaged to build, maintain, or support our applications and systems. Such parties may have limited access to personal information solely as necessary to provide services to Reggflex and are subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations. Personal information may not be used, disclosed, retained, or sold for any purpose other than performing services for Reggflex or as permitted by law.

• Drivers and Riders: limited information is shared between riders and drivers (e.g., names, profile photos, vehicle make/model, license plate, pickup and drop‑off locations) to facilitate rides and ensure safety.

• Affiliates and Business Partners: for operational purposes and corporate transactions, such as mergers or asset transfers.

• Law Enforcement and Regulators: to comply with legal process, enforce our policies, protect our rights, or ensure public safety.

• With Consent: when you authorize us to share information with other third parties. 

We do not sell personal information to third parties. Third parties with whom we share personal information are authorized to use such information only for the purposes of providing services to Reggflex or as permitted by law, and are contractually prohibited from selling, re-disclosing, or using personal information for their own commercial purposes.

5. User Rights and Choices. You may access and update certain account information through the Services. You may request deletion of your account or personal information by contacting us; however, we may retain information as required by law. You may opt out of receiving promotional communications by following the instructions in those messages. You may disable location services through your device settings, but doing so may affect your ability to use the Services.

6. Security. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These include encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s Privacy. Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will delete it.

8. Changes to this Policy. We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on our website or in the application and indicate the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
