At REGGFLEX, pricing is built on three core principles: fairness, transparency, and predictability. Riders deserve to understand how fares are calculated before booking, and drivers deserve compensation that reflects both time and distance—without artificial price spikes.

Upfront Fare Estimates

Before confirming a ride in the REGGFLEX app, riders are shown an upfront fare estimate. This estimate is calculated using expected distance and travel time and is displayed clearly before booking to help riders make informed decisions.

The estimate provides transparency at the moment of booking and reflects the pricing structure described below.

How Fares Are Calculated

REGGFLEX fares are calculated using a clear, rate-based structure that includes:

• Base Fare: $X.XX

• Per Mile: $X.XX per mile

• Per Minute: $X.XX per minute

These rates are used to calculate fare estimates before booking and to determine the final fare based on the completed trip, using actual distance traveled and total travel time.

REGGFLEX does not apply surge pricing or demand-based multipliers.

Tolls and Location-Based Fees

Certain trips may involve tolls or location-based access fees, such as airport or port charges, imposed by transportation authorities or facility operators. These fees are set by third parties, not by REGGFLEX, and may apply depending on the route or pickup and drop-off location.

No Surge Pricing

REGGFLEX does not use surge pricing.

This means:

• No demand-based multipliers

• No price spikes during peak hours or busy periods

• No inflated fares during special events or adverse conditions

Pricing remains grounded in published rates rather than fluctuating demand.

Distance-Based and Flat-Rate Options

In addition to standard rate-based pricing, certain commonly traveled routes or service zones may be offered at flat rates when available. Flat rates help simplify planning for routine trips such as airport transportation.

Availability of flat-rate pricing may vary by service area and is clearly shown in the app when applicable.

What the Fare Includes

A REGGFLEX fare generally reflects:

• Driver compensation

• Platform technology and operations

• Insurance and safety-related costs

• Secure payment processing

There are no separate booking or platform fees added at checkout.
